If that makes Suns fan feel better. The Rockets won that game to tie the series 2-2 and then knocked off Phoenix in 7 before winning the title. That would be like the Knicks celebrating Starks' dunk over the entire Bulls team in Game 2 of the 1993 ECF(and hell, at least New York won that game).

What do you mean? ....it's 46/10.

Laugh my ass off at a basketball fan saying "And??" when a guy who is 6' tall goes for 46/10 in the playoffs.

    OK!

    Not going to lie....

I'd love a "Bamboozled" night where we celebrate Dream destroying David Robinson by offering David Robinson bobble heads with googly eyes glued on it.

Or free popcorn vouchers for putting him in the popcorn machine.

Of course, we eventually won a title that year, so it wouldn't be as sad.

Do you think he would trade that 46/10 for a victory that helped get them into the finals?

Celebrating a dunk in a game and series that they lost? Damn Phoenix has hit rock bottom

That dunk was awesome -- so was Hakeem's swatting of KJ's breakaway.

To celebrate a single play is really lame, unless that play led to something great (e.g. Ralph Sampson's "Shot heard around the world" that beat the Lakers.)

That was a nice dunk but Chandler tea bagging McGee was better.

Just to add.. the Phoenix Suns organization and fans are known Rocket haters. I lived here in Phoenix for 15 years so I can attest.

Hey, they're celebrating the birth of Clutch City for us! Thanks Phoenix bros!

Seriously, that's embarrassing as hell for any Sun fan. In that case, shouldn't the Knicks be celebrating winning Game 2 of the NBA Finals on our court, too? I mean, they lost the series to us, but who cares! It was a famous moment!

    Wow, Lmao @ suns organization

No only did Hakeem one up but we knocked them out TWO games 7s in a row

Call it a three upper--never mind the two trophies

This formal celebration only cheapens the dunk.

    Shame..

That was a great dunk, but to celebrate the 20th anniversary of a dunk is super pathetic.
