Suns think something smells in San Antonio

    well technically there is. he cant sign with his old team until after 30 days.

    Not to be an ahole, but you have one of the worst sig's. All that space to just say Rockets again? Maybe make the font smaller or something....the space yoru sig takes is HUGE.

    If the league has no issue with teams signing retired guys (that just haven't submitted paperwork yet) to make deals work then I don't see the problem with a player sitting out a month....

    well i think you also have to not renounce the guys rights so that you still have their bird rights. and i think until you do, they count some fairly big number against your cap. now granted for a team like dallas that will never be below the cap, that doesn't really matter, but there is a downside, unless i'm remembering the rule wrong.

    but they should probably make some sort of rule for both situations b/c it is just all cap circumvention, which is pretty much the biggest thing the CBA tries to avoid.
