I'm thinking he will actually be shipped come trade deadline. Some playoff team is going to be desperate enough and take on his expiring which is not bad considering he is expiring contract. They might even give Houston a 1st for him because he has playoff exp and has 3pt shooting, vet leadership.

Yes, nearly every contender has a high salary payroll that wants to both compete for the ring and trim the fat (salary) after. Teams need money to give their key players or role an extension. Every team is underbidding though.....unless the Rockets include Kenyon. I doubt a first rounder is in the cards. He just turned 34 and is shooting 34.7% from 3. I felt last year was a better opportunity to cash in when he shot 41.2 from 3. He looks low energy right now and we have him guarding SF's or 6'10" Banchero. Not sure many trust him (6'3") to guard Guards anymore (lack of speed). And Banchero busted him up.
An absolute failure by the Rockets organization. Especially after having a career year last season, Gordon should have been gone.
