thats a good way to get rid of boris diaw's contract if they make that a package. however, the hole reason for wanting draft picks is to get good talent on cheap contracts. i think they have interest in adding a rookie for that reason, which is why they are looking to move up and get the most talent they can. of course, no one really knows for sure.
That's a hillarious deal for Phoenix. Maggette makes his living at the line. Once they get in the bonus, they'll have to sit Shaq down, as every offensive possession, the defense will force the ball to Shaq and hack him. Oh well.
