Awesome man, your kid is gonna be able to tell all of his/her friends that he/she was born in the same year the Rockets won their third championship!
Congrats man! It truely is awesome watching your future son/daughter grow during the 40 weeks of pregnancy. Sunday was bad for about 2 hours, but by the 4th quarter I was starting to deal with the lose, seeing as how it was still a 20 point game with us not doing anything about it. So to get my mind off of things, me and my wife(33 weeks pregnant with the "Futures Biggest Rockets Fan In The World") walked down to the beach in Galveston from our new house, to do some fishing. 30 minutes and a loooonnnggg fight later, this was the product of my Sunday....... 44 inches. 45.2 pounds. So all in all, with childbirth and getting some great memories, sometimes we get down about our Rockets, but in the big picture of things, there are SOME things that we tend to look over that are way more important! Again Congrats and sorry I was not meaning to steal your thunder, but that was a realllly nice fish lol
That is one huge fish. I think my wife will shoot me though if a post a pic of her on here once she starts to show. For your wife's sake I hope the baby is less than a fifth the size of you fish.
Haha! Yeah if he comes out as big as that fish I might have Darryl Morey knocking on my door with a MLE contract sometime in the next few months. And as for posting pics of my wife, I was thinking about cutting her out of the pic, but I was kind of in a lose-lose situation.... If I post the pic as-is and she sees it, she will yell about me posting pics of her while showing... On the other hand, if I post a picture where I crop her out of it and she saw it, she would say something like, "What?!?! You think im getting so big that your ashamed of posting a picture with me in it. I hate you." Therefor I went ahead and posted the original picture, and if she sees it, then I will just have to face the consiquences...
congrats man. you seem like a truly good guy and I have appreciated your true objectivity in the D&D. I can't believe you've been on the board so long, I swear I never noticed you till this past year.
I didn't post much early, and only started visiting the D&D during the primaries. I'm also on here throughout the day, whereas before I graduated college I was always in school, hanging with friends, doing sports, or working at a non-desk job.
CONGRATULATIONS! It was bad for the rest of us, all right, but nothing beats finding those news out . Also, I have to go pee four times now, thanks a lot, sir.
UPDATE: First ultrasound was today. I can't believe how completely awesome it was to hear the baby's heart beat. It brought tears. Click for Ultrasound Pic(Too big for some screens) Spoiler Due January 21st.
Congrats....my wife is due with our first child, a little boy, in late August. We started the "birthing" classes last night. Pretty damn exciting and scary at the same time. The last few weeks, our little boy has been rolling, kicking, pushing and stretching inside of her. I was nearly 10 lbs when I was born, so we thing he's going to be a big one!
I somehow always knew that someone called juicystream would have no troubles impregnating a woman. Congrats!
