i missed the game. can anyone tell me how budinger played? was he getting most of his points off jumpshots or was he taking it to the hoop, or was it a combo of jumpshots and cuts off the ball.

He was unstoppable thats all you gotta know. He had 25 points only with 9 shots. Thats how good he was.

Budinger played almost exactly they way you would want him to play for the Rockets real squad. Pick and pop, drive and pop, set and pop, drive and pass, drive and get fouled, lead the offense like tmac. He is everything we hoped Barry would be only more athletic and maybe even a better shooter. What makes it all better is does almost everything in the flow of the offense. He never looks like a rookie and never forces anything. Which makes me believe he will fit in perfect in Adelmans offense. If he can just improve his defense he will be a real asset this year. Not a starter but a smarter more team oriented Wafer. yeah he will never be as explosive but already his shot, passing and defense are better.

Woah, woah, woah. Slow down there.

I'll agree with you that Budinger is the better player than Steve Novak, but you had the nerve to claim that Dorsey is superior to Deke?

Mutumbo's a 4-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year, an 8-time All-Star, and is ranked 2nd all-time in blocked shots.

What were AB's stats? I find it hard to believe anyone can do wayyy better than 18 points in 20ish minutes a game. Don't forget the 70 percent shooting.
