Naw, all you need to know is the basics. How to connect, have a pretty good knowledge of Internet Explorer and Netscape. Its basically Technical Support. People with idiotic issues like cant surf, doesnt know why they are asteriks when putting in a password, etc... You may get some challenging calls once in awhile but there is always people there to help you out. Plus you get on the job training. The enivoronment is awesome, laid back, even the dress code. I wear shorts and sandles all the time to work. Our owner is buying us tickets to an Astros game at the end of the month and he is even throwing out the first pitch.
