Ask him on a date. Tell him you'll give him your brother's contact info after you vet his rear end's ability to take punishment.

A number of the things you describe are clearly illegal and violations of the Fair Debt collections Practices Act.

Send him a letter/tell him that his actions violate the FDCPA and that you are filing a complaint with the FTC and may bring a private action against him - that will shut him up.

My landline is a recycled number and we get calls all the time for whoever used to have it. I LOVE messing with these idiots. You don't have to worry about any of their threats. Their bark is ALWAYS worse than their bite.

One of my favorite tricks is to act like I'm very concerned and ready to cooperate, but then randomly saying "sir?" in the middle of the conversation. When he says "yes?" I just ignore him.

This is where I got it from:

Or you can just do the same and then say "Excuse me, I'm about to sneeze" and then just be quiet while they wait. I love that.

Just fyi the fair debt collection practices act is the federal act and ONLY applies to third party collectors and NOT the creditors themselves. As mentioned earlier the texas debt collection act includes similar provisions but is also broader. The tx act allows you to sue the creditors and also provides more remedies.
