    i've never been there for breakfast...come to think of it, i've never been there when the sun was up. i used to go there with friends or girlfriends after movies or whatever. it was a regular meeting place for me and an old friend when i was in law school.

    Empire Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants in Houston. Badass pizzas, sandwiches, and pastas in addition to desserts, coffee, and breakfast.

    Will become a staple of mine when/if I move back to Houston.

    Hey you guys are great.
    I appreciate all the feedback.
    We went to see the Matrix and spent about 2hrs eating and talking at Chili's of all places.

    I'm picking her up later and were going to check out the LaffStop and then one of the bars you guys mentioned. So far I've only spent about $50, so my I'm well within budget.
