I've come home late at night, gotten out of the car and heard some VERY loud karaoke going on at the other end of my block. Luckily I couldn't hear it once I got in my house, but I don't understand how his neighbors haven't beaten the crap out of him. Then again, maybe they are all out there singing with him.
