[Stupidity] Woman dresses as Boston bombing victim for Halloween

She was just trying to be funny and get some Jahar-hars.

 

That's better than the two girls that dressed up as the burning twin towers (not Ralph and Hakeem) and won a costume contest this year.

I think she's just dumb, ignorant and insensitive. A.k.a. an airhead. Tons of people out there like that. I don't think she meant any real harm with her costume and I don't get a vibe that's she's a terrible or vile person. Best thing for her is to just learn from her bad mistake and poor judgment and move on. Although she might have a hard time landing another job for quite awhile.
