    I don't want to insult your intelligence, but did you follow the instructions completely? No better place than to start at the beginning. Unfortunately I don't have XP anymore so I don't remember everything to do a walkthrough.

    BTW, let's say you have a window open (not maximized). When you drag it around, does the window disappear and redraw the window in the final destination instead of smoothly animating your movement between the start and ending positions?
