Its working for me...Find your Temporary Internet Files folder...highlight all...delete..refresh and make sure everything was deleted....then vote. After you vote go back to your Temp Int File Folder and find the cookie that says cookie:username@nba.com...given that username is replaced by your username...or you could just delete everything again. This should work.
Here is how to vote multiple times a day: NBA.com has a cookie that doesn't allow you to vote again for 24 hours. If you go into your calender and change it to a later date, say November 12th, 2005, you can vote again and again.
Check stuffing the ballots using the calendar thingy. I've hardly voted 8 times and plan to vote 25+ times a day. All of you guys should stuff them like crazy too!

Yao will probably get more votes then Shaq, considering that he will have thousands of vote from China.
How do you change the date again? I went to settings/ control panel/ date&time icon under the start menu but it still does not work for me. Hook a brotha up!
Double click on the thing on button right of your screen that says the time. That will open up your calendar.
One thing worth mentioning... I read where some of you are voting Cato in at center. Don't. He may deserve it more, but in the end it is all about who has the most realistic chance of starting. You know Ming is going to be right at the top considering the votes he will get from China... don't split the vote. To beat out Shaq it would take a massive effort, and our own fans don't need to be splitting the vote.
The few hundreds of votes generated by our Bbs won't split anything. Considering all the years I've been bashing him , I can't in good conscience not reward him when he finally decided to play up to some of his contract.
Few hundreds? That's a conservative estimate... there's about 5,000 members of this BBS, and with some people planning to vote at least 25 times a day (or more, it's possible) you're looking at WAY more than a few hundred votes. Every vote counts, cause the closer it is, the more likely the NBA might do something to make Shaq the starter...
Make sure you close all your browser windows as well. By the way, to put things in perspective....getting Kato into the all star game would require him getting more then 1,000,000 votes...to even be anywhere near Shaq. That means you guys got a 1000 of people like yourself, you'd have to vote 1000 times each. Good Luck.
