Major metropolitan areas will always fare poorly in this type of rankings. San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles at the bottom of list shows that.
I was gone from Houston for 10 years, but I came back 'cuz it's so awesome. Technically, I lived in Katy. That's what SHE, the out-of-towner, SAID!
Definitely not even in the same league as New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago when speaking of Metropolitan population. More comparable to Washington DC, Philadelphia, Miami, and Atlanta. I'll leave Dallas out of it, because I know how much most people here hate Dallas . It's just facts. Does that answer your question? San Francisco just has a notoriously high cost of living expense. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_metropolitan_statistical_areas
LOL I'm glad you found it amusing because it wasn't even intended to be funny. But since you replied, care to say whether you agree or disagree with anything I said? I'd appreciate if you can provide some proof or facts. I suspect you're just mad I compared Houston to DC, Atlanta, Philadelphia as if it were a bad thing.
