What the heck happened here? Carnage, mayhem, blood flowing in the streets?! Ya'know, Kettner posts some pretty good previews on the Grizzball site. I can't imagine what happened here. I had a quick look at the thread on GB before it vanished into the ether and there weren't many GB posters chatting back to you friendly folk. That's too bad. We need a diversion. There is a dark and ugly pall hanging over the heads of Grizz fans these days. We are a sullen and brooding lot. Perhaps stroshow thought he'd blow off some stream by lighting you guys up a bit, dunno. I'm certainly not trying to defend what he did. Anyway, I'm sorry I missed your visit. It coulda been fun. The lord knows, us longsuffering Grizz fans could sure use some fun. ...but for now, only sleep will ease the pain, if only for a while. ------------------
I just spent the last 20 minutes re-reading this entire thread, and I found five separate occasions where I laughed out loud! I also noticed that -stroshow- has posted again over there. Seems kettner was banned, but obviously kettner has multiple personalities. I get the feeling he is talking to himslef right now...and answering himself as well. Wow, did I do this? Ah, ok I don't think so butits funny that I was first in to reply the thread, and when I come back to post this has blown up to 5 pages. I admit to reading when he first claimed that he was saying he saw it in the warmup, but I went up and saw that he had not - this was before the edit. What is also nice is that I with the first reply had a full quote of his post and this is something I normally dont do. I can't imagine how StroShow even began to think he could get away with this, claiming that people misqouted him so they would be right and him wrong. Did he forget all of us who quoted him before this all started. I think I was not the only one. and why would we misqoute him the exact same way - even without edit? Damn we Rocket fans have to be smart when we see this coming and all think of that putting up the same quote. Hmmmm, could it be cuz it was the right one? And here are the quote of my earlier post.... hmmm no warmups there either. Hmmmm, I might have brought all this up by slamming the Grizzlies - nah I don't think so. Btw I actually like the Grizzlies, kinda they are nice to us Rockets remember - so I often find myself rooting for the Grizzlies when they not play the rockets - some might say this is natural as the Grizzlies ain't going nowhere. ------------------ We can reach our destination, but it's still a ways away.

I have to agree with Mango here. I have never understood this need to go bashing some other board because somebody from their board came here trolling on ours. That is the whole purpose of a troll. You're the ones falling victim. Then you make enemies out of others for no reason. Actually we DID NOT attack their board, flood their board or insult their board. We didn't leave floods of different posts ripping the BBS, we just left posts in the infamous "spin control" thread that Kettner made calling him out and demanding an apology. We did NOT flame their board or their team. All we did was post in a thread that stro started, his "I'm innocent" thread, where we quoted stuff he had posted here. Other than that, all I did was try to convince him to come back to our board so I could flame him here.
