Got some unusually high standards in the CF sometimes Pretty easy equation - the less opportunities or poorer a county is, the more selling yourself becomes a way of life. Also you mention that you think these girls you have banged just need some guy to be nice to them...well how is abetting them in prostituting themselves, use drugs, and continue to do things that even you recognize is bad for them being nice? It would garner some interest initially, but it's not sustainable in a conservative, robotic market like America. You'd find yourself pushing the envelope to hardcore p*rnography just to keep the interest of an audience. And once you've gone there, how much further can you go? The life of strippers/dancers is extremely monotonous and simple. You say the same things to different guys, you suck dick for money, then you buy clothes/drugs with it and live an extremely sedentary, closeted life outside of your job. Once you cut to their core you'll find a sad story of a lonely little girl hanging on desperately for a Richard Gere to swoop into her life and take her away to a penthouse suite. There are no other points of mental stimulation for them. It's also hard to build a sense of empathy with any of these girls once you get to know them. They've made the same mistakes over and over again in their life to get to where they are, and the lack of any desire to correct themselves and constantly live in ignorance gets annoying to say the least. The "good" ones get out quick, the "bad" ones rot away without a care in the world and soon enough the mental weakness and drug abuse takes a toll on their body. Having completely lost their identity they sink into depression and into the arms of El Hitman, the bumbling lapdog who will attend to all their needs.

I'm not trying to protect the sanctity of the adult industry. Some seedy stuff does go on there... There's a story of Prince (the musician of course) going to a strip club offering them twice the rate to go home because they shouldnt be doing what they're doing...lets say even PRINCE didnt make hardly a dent in them changing their ways. The only thing that would have stopped them is if he'da taken them home to his mansion as his live-in concubines. If they're not going to be in a strip club, they'll be on an adult classifieds page as their own independent escorts. I'm sure all 170+ strip clubs in Texas dont have to do that much recruiting to find willing employees. The line is kinda blurred between "posing naked", "artistic nude","topless magazine", shooting a sex scene in a movie, extra sexual favors, happy ending after massages. What can you really do? Let them all live in their self sustaining environment.
Yeah but alot of girls in Colombia are super hot and look like models and beauty queens. In fact, I have never seen such a high concentration of hot girls except in Colombia. When I was in Cartegena, there was this brothel bar (I thought it was going to be a strip club) where there are like 15 girls hanging out and you pick the one you want or they come up to you and try to get you to take them home. The rate was about $90 for 3 hours or $120 for the whole night. I didn't make a purchase (I don't believe in paying for my p***y) but my buddy had no inhibitions. But yeah, the girls working there were all amazingly hot.
I've never been to a strip club; I've been in a relationship since before I was "of age". And now, many years later, that sort of thing won't fly with the woman for sure, plus I don't have any desire to go to one anyway (it'd just be too dang awkward). I think strip clubs and their clientèle/employees are a fascinating thing from a sociological perspective. This thread has been a great read thus far. But come on, get off your high horse. The world isn't rainbows and flowers. I'm sure you crap roses, but most people don't. There are people out there who don't have the hardcore values you appear to think you have and choose to live a certain way you might not. Get over it. Folks that engage in these sorts of activities fascinate me (in the same way the guidos on Jersey Shore do) because it's a lifestyle I'd never have, but there's a distinct difference between fascination and disgust. I'd almost rather my family growing up to be like this dude and coming about everything he does honestly, even if it is unscrupulous, instead of having a snotty holier than thou attitude like yourself.
You should get off your moral high horse once in a while. This man brings services and goods to the table that is legal in these States. He is not providing an illicit service, but yet you make it out to be that this guy is committing a crime every time he clocks in at work. What does family values have to do with anything? Is this code word for religious values? Just because you may like to go to church twice a week, attend your kid's t-ball game and maybe catch a Sunday brunch with your wife, who you met at college, doesn't mean that is everyone's calling in life.
oh, a simple "Indie music good, religion sux" would've sufficed... jumping to the conclusion that the term "family values" here, automatically translates to "religious values" is quite a leap...
Sorry dudes, I had to go pick up my w****. Anyway no regrets as far as career choices, I'm too young for that....and I USED to be a regular joe schmoe so I know what it's like. Working there beats that any day. And a lot of people that start working there go in with some kind of moral principles but once they start seeing the kind of money there is and how no one cares about anyone except themselves all that crap goes out the window. It's the survival of the fittest.
Yeah there's fights all the time, we just stop the fight and send the girls home, maybe suspend them for the next day or something. We don't wanna be too harsh we need them to come back.
