back in day, 18+ clubs were byob establishments, and were fully nude. 21+ clubs were generally topless and not byob. i'm not sure as to why though.
It's still the same. Topless clubs like ours is 21 and up. All nude ones like Fantasy or Show Palace are 18 and up and they are byob. Honestly I'm not sure why it's like that.
