    Work is stressing me out..

    Don't hate my job

    Great work enviroment

    Co-workers are cool

    Schedule is flexible

    No pressure

Just constantly worried and stressed about work

    Is this normal?

I can sit back and not care, but it seems like I care too much about things not getting done the right way. While others are layed back and chill and take it easily. I do extra work so **** doesn't hit the roof and get back logged for the team.

Should I say fck it and just take it easy and let it happen?

Good thing I going on a much needed vacation after this week for a week.5

Anyone else been in this situation and what did you do that helped?

    Thanks,

stress at work can come from not being qualified to perform the assigned duties

Sometimes my job gets me a little wound up, but then I just have to remind myself that IDGAF about this place anyways. That always helps me.

not really, outside of work it's pretty chill.

I come in at 6AM to 4AM but sometimes (2 to 3 days of the week) I don't even leave until 7PM..

I have an incredibly stressful job. I just try to not take it home with me and leave everything at work so to speak so that I can enjoy being with my family.

    And yes, stress sucks

    People have different work personalities.

Sometimes you can get a guage on when things can get done and have that time to relax a bit mentally.

Everything is not ALWAYS urgent although some people make it seem like it is.

I can see stress with no pressure. We've had a lot of turnover in other departments in the last year, with no slow down in our business. Since my department is stable and I've been here eight years, I tend to get a lot of questions from other departments asking me how to do their job when I have no training. Since I'm the type of person who will help someone find the right answer even when I don't have the expertise or training, I'm constantly looked upon as a resource when I shouldn't be. That stressed me out until my boss finally told me just to stop. :)

I find that this sometimes has the reverse effect. Some wine or both :)grin:) can help alleviate stress caused by work and life, in general.

This can depend on the type of ganj you have. High THC levels in a significantly higher proportion than CBDs can exacerbate anxiety

In some cases, having no pressure in a job situation means you're not involved. This can result in stressful situations when you later find out you're on the outside looking in. You don't want to be that guy where everyone in the office is wondering "what the f does he do here?" Be an expert on something.

Sometimes a too laxed environment should be cause for concern. I suggest to stay involved in the important projects and always have as much face time with the boss. If you're boss is busy, try setting up a recurring meeting each week to give him status updates. After a few weeks, you'll find your niche and you'll start feeling more comfortable.
