Power out above 16th now from what I just heard, but we're still ok here. Not sure how long it will last, but got the back up battery supplies working.

Are you guys going to sleep or stay up for it? What time will it be hitting Houston?

I'm in Katy too and it's supposed to hit around 3-4am

It's gonna suck for people east of this thing, whose gonna get hit with much more heavier wind. I have a few friends up in Kingwood and it looks like they're gonna get hit pretty bad.

I think we're gonna get hit bad too. Just hope that not too much damage is done and this thing is out quickly.

I'm also in The Heights, on 13th St and Shepherd. So far we've gotten very little rain. The wind gusts have kicked up quite a bit, but I still have power.

My girl is upstairs taking a nap.

SPRING BRANCH WHATS UP. Yeah still got power here... hope it stays. We had power all the way through Alicia so hopefully history repeats in that category.

I have wine, food, water, tv and computer at this point. Batteries are nice too. Hope everyone is alright, stay safe. It's nice to hear from others on clutchfans... when I think of anything in Houston I'm always eager to hear from fellow rocket fans.

Hey man, what part of Spring Branch are you at? I'm at Westview and Silber, but in Katy right now.

I'm wondering how things are there...

    This is not good.

I hope everyone riding out the storm comes out ok.

Mother nature's fury is beautiful to witness behind the TV screen. But oh so deadly.

No flooding here. Just sheeting rain and a ton of wind. Feels like we are really close to the worst of it. Been going like this for a solid hour and a half.

You live REALLY close to me - maybe 2-3 blocks. I hope I still have power at home. :)

Still here at work in Deer Park. It's a strange site. We've managed to keep our generators running, so we still have power. I'm on the fifth floor in the tall building by the highway, so I can look out over the refinery to see all the lights, but out the other window I see Deer Park is completely black. Strange view.

Anybody out there in the League City area? What's it look like?

I'm out of town right now, but does anybody have any updates of how the I-10 TC Jester area has fared?

Good luck to ya'll in Houston.
