There are no winners in this. Trump telling people not to negotiate anymore until after the election is horrible, Pelosi and Congressional Democrats holding such a hardline is bad, and most of all the American people don’t get a badly needed stimulus.

Worked my way thru skoo - (cartman pronunciation and not a misspell) - I may have skipped the Marxist/Communist applied theory class so I didn’t see anything covered that you speak of...I run my own business with a yearly net take home of $100k after taxes which I pay a lot of. I serve anyone that pays regardless of political inclination. Business is absolutely great even in Covid times because I communicate with my clients, treat them well and receive amazing reviews. I get up everyday willing to work hard with a passion to do my best. I take precautions when needed but I don’t let the fear of Covid control or dominate me. ... Basically what I’m trying to say is I know exactly how business works because I am in business. Fortunately I live in a red state where businesses are treated a bit better than say Michigan where the governor is doing everything she can to damage businesses that pay taxes... .All these small business owners are likely Trump supporters so of course why not make taxes and life as hard as possible. No screw that , businesses simply move out as they have done to friendlier red states And then what ? O yea make the federal govt. foot the bill ..of course. One of my clients moved here from California and I asked them how do they like Tennessee, they told me it was like they moved to the USA from another country. Pretty telling tbh
