as long as we're paying Wall to sit, we're tanking(*). that type of handicap is difficult to overcome.

*defining tanking as draft based perspective.

Wall just needs to quit being a little b*tch and come off the bench

I truly believe if he was seriously ready to come off the bench we could win a play in game and maybe eight seed

    KPJ/Wall
    Green/Christopher
    Paolo/Gordon/pick#17
    Wood/KMJ
    Sengun/garuba or whoever

Wall & Gordon should take it upon themselves as men to take these kids as far as the can go. Or at least until they build significant trade interest. John should just do it to show teams he can still play, win, and sacrifice as need for his next contract

Why would Wall sit behind KPJ when he’s better?

To usher in the next generation. KPJ probably gonna be your point guard for a minute

Wall would probably get hurt trying to start a full season. Kpj/green showed life as a duo after the all star break. His best chance to get traded would be to show teams “hey he can still play winning basketball and he seems willing to sacrifice to win”

Or he can waste another year of his career. Dude will probably retire after this year. Has barely played in 4 years

MJ + Jackson trumps Pops + Timmy.

    Everytime.

    LOL

No way Atkinson agrees to coach Rockets, completely avoiding poverty franchises.

Warriors just won the finals, they are most likely going to go back, if rockets get enough young talent and a good core he will leave(Green,Paolo and Victor(2023) almost every coach in the NBA will be lining up to be able to coach the next dynasty. just Green and Victor can be the next Kobe and shaq

Keep these guys together!! For years!!!

I'm just not sure that this is a winning formula today. I'm not sure why Rockets aren't drafting shooters and spacers.

Silas is not the answer, he is a yes man holding the bag.

You don't hire YES men to mentor young players....they need discipline and taught how the NBA game works on both ends.

    Silas is worse than McHale.

    Space and pace.

    3 and D.

    Length and position flex.

    Need all of that.

Rockets used to be top 2 before the Silas era.

Silas has a chance to do something special this season with the talent Stone has given him. If not, he needs to be replaced with someone who can.

Define 'special', If he won 35 games with this team that would be far exceeding expectations with a young squad.

With that mindset he really needs to be gone. The kid can't shoot and he's maybe the 3rd best passer among 5 starters if he's at the 3.

If he's not going to focus on his 3, he's going to struggle to stay in the league.
