You are using one standard for Chet and another for Paolo. Stop acting as if you don't understand what you're doing. Chet has to prove his excellent 39% 3P (not to mention efficiency- TS%, FG%, BPM, ORTG) can translate to NBA but Paolo SHOULD be able to improve his below average 33% 3P and overall offensive efficoency in the NBA over time - just because. Chet has to prove his elite length/rim protection and switch ability production will translate to NBA but Paolo non production is an illusion - he really is an above average defender once he improves his effort and commitment and lack of elite length - which is "easy to fix" with right coach and system. Be better.

Banchero is low effort defender so desperately spin Chet's "heart and fire" into a negative. Banchero is inefficient shooter so spin Chet's offensive efficiency and ability to separate to get open shot due to his ridiculous length is now a negative.
