    another bearish technical chart, this is a classic Head & Shoulder formation

    i already own some JPM, sold a cover call w 155 strike.

    also sold a Sep 145/150 bearish CALL spread, collecting $2.7 premium, defining my max risk to be $2.3

    after a 35-pt drop in 5 trading days, 3 consecutive days of small gains on declining volume suggest short covering, not enough conviction to the upside

    still holding on my bearish PUT spreads

    Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) shares are down 2.3% in after hours trading after reporting fiscal fourth-quarter results that topped analyst estimates but included a sequential drop in Azure revenue growth.
    • For FQ4, Microsoft reported overall revenue growth of 22% to $46.2B and adjusted EPS of $2.17, which topped analyst estimates by $0.25.

    placed an order to roll forward my covered 2022 Jan 300 Strike CALL to Jun 2022 320 strike CALL, netting a credit of $2.5; was filled within a minute

    someone was willing to pay ~$13.5 for the Jun 320 Strike CALL

    AAPL had an impressive ERS, yet its stock price dropped.

    this seeming disconnect presents a buying opportunity.

    in view of AAPL's product cycle begins in Sep, bought a 15-pt bullish CALL spread, using Sep expiration
    • bto 150 CALL, sto 165 CALL, for a net cost of $3.2, which is my max risk
    • max profit is $15, which makes the potential payoff of 4.6, which i love

    Prob wait a few months and solid consolidation to get in on the long term. They need to clean up their culture, but they got a userbase that'll realize any zero-commission exchange does similar things Robinhood is exposed as doing. Maybe less dark pools but the front running and trade flow selling is just the same.

    Problem is the guidance was suck, I dumped immediately after seeing the guidance, and ive been holding since $1600. If it goes below $3k I'll reconsider, but it's a long time till next qtr earnings, will probably pick up other stuff today, market looks blood red in pre.

    up 7% on earnings. bumper 2nd qtr not a surprise given their underwriting of AMC share offerings and insider buying by Mr Riley himself.
