The Fed has kept the low interest rate policy and bond buying program going too long... and the fiscal stimulus coming out of Washington has been way too aggressive in the last several months. Costs for businesses and consumers are skyrocketing and these two groups (Congress + Fed) have been far too late in recognizing it. The hardest hurt by inflation are the poor.
