After a lot of thinking, decided to double my position in cloudflare as a long term hold. Hope buying at the top doesn't backfire lol. Will buy more if it dips to low $60s. Psychologically was hard to convince myself to pay 80% higher price than what I did for the previous batch, but thinking about it from what I would buy if I was starting from zero now, it would be NET. $21bn valuation doesn't seem so bad in context of how important it could become for corporate security, and the growth numbers and improving margins/expense ratios are very promising. what are the terms? can't find any news release on both company's websites edit: ok found some news articles, still discussion phase it seems. based on reaction i guess it's near certainty. if it fizzles out due to no new news the next few days, may be worth a revisit.

i'm thinking it could end up like amd-xilinx; xilinx pops on news of talks, nothing happens for a few weeks and xilinx comes back to earth, then the deal goes thru and xilinx pops again. will keep an eye on WORK.
