The only equity plays I have any kind of confidence in right now is short commodity stocks. You can take your pick or short basic materials through SMN. Of course, that advice would have been great before today's meltdown -- Potash, Mosaic.. OUCH. Wish I had paid attention earlier in the week...I could have made out like a bandit.

I already loaded up on some QLD in anticipation of tomorrow with a tight stop. If what some are speculating is true and this is all a huge bear trap, then we should see a big big pop tomorrow. And here's hoping for the best .... because otherwise, America fails.

C definitely. I am in BAC from ~$19 (woo-hoo!). My big mistake was putting anything into SIRI pre-merger. Looks like I'm gonna be sitting on that one awhile.
I actually doubt mlwoo had a 1000 shares of WB. mlwoo, not that I don't believe you... it's just that I don't believe you I have 214 shares of WB, but I bought it a little over 10 dollars. I plan to sell at 8 at a loss.
