I understand that you are trying to make a point, but you are doing so very poorly. You come across in one of two ways: 1. "We can do whatever we want and you can't stop us." Well, that just gets people with their back against the wall. When that happens, they strike out. Not helpful. 2. You are using an instance of supposed bad behavior to justify another. When you think about it, it just doesn't make sense. As for the fireworks, at least in the city of Houston, merely possessing them is a crime. Your argument, at least for the city of Houston, does not hold water.
