    From the Dallas Morning News..
    ************************************

Nelson, recovering from prostate surgery at his Maui home, admits that
he has a target date in mind for his return to the Mavericks' bench – but
refuses to reveal it. The most specific he's willing to get is talking
excitedly about the prospect of coaching against the Rockets and their
    franchise player.
"Steve Francis sent me a nice get-well card and a great little book about
golf," Nelson explained. "It says something like, 'Coach Nellie, we're all
praying for you and hope you come back soon ... and, besides, we've
still got to kick your [expletive] two more times."

"So I definitely want to be back for that [March 3] game if I can," Nelson
    added with a hearty chuckle.

I think that shows a lot of class by Steve. Wonder if CWebb sent a get well card to Nellie [IMG] Remember when Nellie got on Steve in Houston about showboating in an earlier game? Steve did not get mad he just stood and listened to Nellie and when Nellie was through talking Steve went on about the game. Once again a very classy way to take a little constructive criticism when most guys would have told him to F*** off and stick to coaching his own players.
