i'd take nash over any of the pg's available on the market, but we'd have to give up a lot for an aging pg. a starter and a pick or 2 would have to be included and that's too much.

just speculation from a TORONTO paper. what else would you expect. the suns probably have no plans for nash to retire anywhere else.

Nash is all about a quick paced game. He has been "petitioning" to Terry Porter to speed up the tempo on their style of offensive. The guy just wants to run and gun and then take a break on defense so he can run and gun again on offense. Nash would be running even slower in our offense then he does in the Suns' current offense, and our team defense would take a step backwards. If Nash's man is constantly getting by him then your going to see Yao in more foul trouble. (Just think about how Tony Parker raped Nash in the playoffs.)

    Yip,

most probably, he'll traded to NYK in a packaged deal.

Nash would be better suited for a team like GSW than the rockets. I honestly don't think Yao has the hands to catch a Nash pass. Especially since he is short and loves to bounce pass.

I also don't see Nash going to the NYK mainly because they are saving all of their cap space to sign Lebron. He may go when he is a FA and sign for less money someday.

with the inside presence of shaq and amare, which > yao and scola, their inside out game still sucks. nash is not a good fit for yao's team. nash likes to run but yao can't.

Nash can only excel in a fast paced game.

Nash is getting old and declining.

Nash couldnt play defense when he was young and is even worse as he ages.

Yao would only get in more foul trouble.

    Yao is slow .

    Yao has butterfingers.

    SAY NO TO NASH

the only thing more ridiculous than the assumption that we would actually be in a position to acquire nash and turn him down, is the argument that we should do so because he somehow didn't fit with yao's game.

People assume that since Nash has thrived in Phoenix's fast pace game he can only play well in that style. What kind of logic is that?

Watch the Suns play half-court game. Nash is lethal simply because he is BOTH a great passer AND a great shooter. There is a reason why Shaq is playing better now than when he was with Miami (even though I still think the Suns was dumb in trading Marion for Shaq). If you don't think Nash would make Yao better, think again. The only thing about Nash, other than his defense, is his age. I don't think he has more than a couple of years left.

Lol this article is a knee-jerk reaction to the raja bell trade. The suns have won ever since the trade started while the Bobcats have kept on losing. Bell is washed up, and though Nash might be sad over the trade, I'm pretty sure he's happy lobbing alley oops to J-rich instead of setting Bell up for the open 3 only for him to clank it.

Nash has a partially guaranteed team option next year. No way the Suns will waive him and pay him 7 million just for Nash to sign with another team. Suns are rolling right now. If I were Kerr I would stick with the team and let them build some chemistry. Nash, Amare, Shaq, J-Rich, Hill. That's one of the best starting line ups in the league right now.
