Wesley Johnson was the 4th overall pick last year, dont think the T wolves are trading us him for Kmart. But I guess I would not rule it out just because he would be excellent compliment to Love and Rubio.
If they plan on keeping around Beasley (which I'm not sure tehy would), it would free up that log jam.
Wasn't Kahn criticized for drafting him too high? So far in Minny he's a shooting guard who can't shoot.
Were not getting Rubio, Williams or love forget about that, i say the best trade they would consider would be Martin for Johnson, Randolph, and the Clippers 2012 first round pick. That would be a steal for us, but if thats to little for them they'd probably take out the pick and replace it with a second round pick, or maybe replace randolph with toliver or another filler.

I'd try to swing a 3way deal to free up cap space to make an offer to Marc Gasol. Min: Martin Hou: Beasley, Pekovic, 3rd team with capspace: Thabeet, $3 million cash from Minny, 2nd pick Clutch posted in another thread he doesn't believe Martin will be here by the 26th.
Pekovic needs to be in the deal, and Wesley Johnson>Michael Beasley for our team. 1. Kyle Lowry 2. Wesley Johnson 3. Marcus Morris 4. Patrick Patterson 5. Nikola Pekovic
Most proposals I've seen from Minny fans included a package of Wesley Johnson and Anthony Randolph, who played pretty decent at center last year.
Hmm I don't understand why we keep wanting to move Martin. He was our 2nd (or 3rd) best player last year, and a big reason why we almost made it into the playoffs. What does Wesley Johnson have over him besides being young? From what I've seen, WJ is a superb athlete who has no discernible basketball skill-he can't defend, create for himself/other, and shoot open jumpers. What does he have apart from being a top 3 pick? I'd love to get Derrick Williams and Love from Minny, but we already have a glut at the SF and PF positions. If we trade Kmart just because he's pissed, we better be getting their pick next year. Oh wait they don't have their pick next year! Derrick Williams+they take all our trash so we can make a proper offer to Nene.
Part of Rick's reason for agreeing to coach MINN is that he would have more control of front office decisions. Adelman loves him some Martin just the way Morey loves him some Randolph. However, Morey loves him some KMart too which is kind of why it was puzzling as to why he was even offered in the Gasol trade. Management fully believed that Lowry/Martin was a championship caliber backcourt.
There is absolutely no one or combination of picks and players the Rockets have to get either Williams, Love, or even Rubio. Adelman went Minnesota to coach Love under conditions which gave him control over personnel.
Rubio blows. No one in their right mind would trade a bag of dicks for him... <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/CzbURUrgQao" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
