Maybe in the NBA, but in life outside of the game he hasn't been so lucky. The way he lost his dad at a young age and his health issues kinda even crap out imo
Must. Resist. Urge.To. Post. GIF. Actually, the Warriors' dirty little secret is that Curry absolutely sucks on defense. That's their Achilles' heel (or Achilles' ankles, as it were).
Kerr's worst nightmare; Michael Jordon showing up to the game looking like he wants to punch someone in the face.
Nah. It's more like when a high-performing Texas team was an under-reported underdog to a California team going for their third championship and who many were saying was the best ever. They had two "MVPs" and enormous press. Not many people saw the talent on the Texas team. Then this happened:
Lucky in his career for sure. And lucky in that he had a privileged, if sometimes challenging, upbringing. Losing his dad the way he did, and so publicly, was rough. And going through the incredibly painful -- like consider offing yourself painful -- health thing he had was pretty rough. I wouldn't wish that on anybody. In terms of smug, I guess. Again, after listening to him every week for several years, he doesn't come off that way very often to me. But I'm not trying to convince Rockets fan to not hate the guy. People can and will have at it, especially in modern America. It's like Palpatine is on all of our shoulders whispering "gooood, gooood, let the hate flow through you. Embrace it." LOL.
Man I miss that James Harden during that period. He was unstoppable and he is now not even close to that form.
Steve Kerr said himself his back pain was so bad he smoked mar1juana for his pain. He had back surgery last year. Kerr was out for the whole playoffs, Mike Brown coached in last playoffs and won without Kerr.
There isn't a coach out there I hate more the Kerr, something about his face that makes you hate not only him but the entire organization, God I wanna punch him in the face
Naw, it's more like when the underdog Rockets defeated the defending champion Showtime Lakers in two WCFs.
GUESS WHO'S COMPLAINING ABOUT THE REFS? STEVE KERR!!!! AFTER THAT RIDICULOUS KD BLOWN CALL!!! UNBELIEVABLE!
LOL. You would think he would have some common sense to not bring up the refs after his player was 2ft out of bounds. The nerve.
