I am waiting for posts on how Tmac will hurt Yao's development.

I've been a Francis fan ever since I saw him flip the ball to himself and then dunk it against Princeton and on the next play down court he stole the ball, wrapped it around his back, dunked it, and then slapped glass. Ever since then Francis has been my favorite player and I liked him even more since he came to H-Town. You can't stop liking a player just because they trade him. Bullard was terrible and I've seen people on this board say "retire his jersey".

    I'm sure they were kidding...

Francis is great and Orlando, if they keep Steve and Cat they will automatically become my 2nd favorite team (someone to root for in the East)

I still will pick Francis for the ASG, he is an All Star and many people in Houston don't know what we have or had with Francis, to understand this you have to be a Rockets fan for more than five years and understand all that Steve has tried to make this team a better team.

Well I think we have found the rift between the SOF and the regular fans. See, the rest of us are more concerned with how a player contributes to the team's success. I couldn't care less if no Rocket ever dunked the ball again, and I really hope none of them do something stupid like getting T's for slapping the backboard.

Wait, Steve bleeds rocket red? I heard Karl Malone bleeds rocket red too, but that's just coincidental BECAUSE EVERYBODY BLEEDS ROCKET RED! i mean, if you said he bled laker purple or boston green i'd be impressed, but rocket red?

Agreed. There have been only two instances where I actually rooted for a player after they left Houston. One was Hakeem because he got this city its first two championships and he was/is synonymous to the Houston Rockets. The second was Nolan Ryan after my favorite moron in history, Dr. John McMullen, traded him to the Rangers.
