It's unattainable at what he can do.

Not saying he's' a bad person. I just know ppl who have recently been around him. Got in a fist fight at El Tiempo in Midtown and basically was knocked out.

Don't forget when Stephen Jackson choked him out, and the cops escorted Francis out of the club. SMH....

Once his athleticism went, so did his ability to play....same thing is happening with Josh Smith - and will happen to Dwight Howard too....

Skills are more important than athleticism, it is why Nash, Stockton, Malone, Hakeem etc....all lasted so long they had skills once their athleticism left...

Skill wise, Stevie was one of the most fantastic ballhandlers I have ever seen, and he worked on his shot religiously. He was a gym rat his entire life. Certainly his game was not all predicated on athleticism. His biggest games were predicated on his remarkable mid-range jumper and savvy to get to the free-throw line...

Yeah, uh dribbling a basketball well was not what I was referring too - he could certainly pound that ball into the dirt.

Someone took away his Twitter keys....not sure he has the self control to stop tweeting completely for over a year, after being a regular user. He probably got help and they have cleaned him up since.

He represents the most boring years of rockets basketball. Erase him from the teams history!

This is some BS. It is luck. If you are lucky enough not to sustain a major injury, you can play longer. Duh. CWebb was skilled. Killed by injury. Nash...injury. Malone...injury.

Those guys had long careers, played until they were 40. That's the point DD is making, their skills carry over into old age and they didn't rely on athleticism.

Yes, there's luck involved in avoiding injury. Brandon Roy was incredibly skilled and was gone in a flash, but we're talking about aging well, not avoiding catastrophic injury.

Man "Franchise" was my favorite player for so long... sad to see what has become of him and reading some of the hat comments on the guy. He was really fun to watch as a young kid and i always wanted him to do well on those other teams.

He was doing great i Orlando that first year away from the Rockets but he got screwed out of the all-star game that year and his bromance with Mobley ended when he got traded...

Going to watch Steve Francis vs Kobe Bryant Full Duel Highlights 2003.01.17 on youtube.. I remember watching that game with my dad and jumping off the walls.

You're rapidly descending back to troll mode. I don't say that with any animosity.

Mobley would destroy Stevie in a pick-up game today.
