Well, as for the ESPN thing, I'm more of a night person so I've come to the conclusion that 610 still uses ESPN for night programming and 790 uses FoxSports for night programming. The nighttime ESPN guy is pretty good, and Patrick vs Rome is a flip flop thing for me. My fiance lives in DC and when I'm there, I really like listening to their lineup: Tony Kornheiser for 4 hours I think Dan Patrick for 1 hour (1-2 I think) Coach John Thompson for the rest of the afternoon.
Thanks a bunch Chance for the update - great job there. From the way it sounds, Francis is miffed and he is coming to Houston on Monday to lay it on us and Sports Radio 610 and Toyota Center court. I scared [sic]............
I think ESPN is done on 610 now. Sporting News is back at night after Rome wanna Biotch matt j. Peace.
I hate 790/ESPN, but I love listening to Charlie. Basically, it is 610 except for when Charlie is on.
I know one thing...both stations cover entirely too much football. I mean I know its the big thing going on now, but both stations, 95% of the day all devoted to football. They have the same guests, talk about the same things....jesus, if its our local sports station shouldny you at least try to work in some of OUR local sports....?
I agree - how many times do we have to hear callers asking Dom Capers why he uses the 3-4 defense and askign Aaron Glenn what he thinks of the Aggies matchup for the following week !?
