    I'm not sure what kind of drugs would cause that kind of bloating. I'm thinking he probably has a medical condition, perhaps with his kidneys or thyroid even. I don't know. I'm not a doctor but I feel bad for him. He doesn't seem well.

    Is there any video? I'd like to see how he's moving around and acting, as well. Like FranchiseBlade said, i'm thinking it's a medical issue. If it was drugs, wouldn't he be in a much worse situation by now? He still has his house, kid, investments, and is invited to China for this. There's no way it's just weight gain, as he's more skinny now than he was in the league.

    I am not sure I get all the crack and drug references. In my experience he wouldn't look that bloated from any type of dependency...

    But those eyes!!!!

    Crack doesn't make you fat and bloated like that. It makes you skinny all around like an un-nutritioned model past their prime.

    He probably has something that's ailing him. His hands and arms don't look as bloated as his belly and face do, at least from what you can tell from the picture.

    Dude definitely has a medical condition, probably kidney or liver related.

    Hung out with FattyFatBastard at Dave and Busters about a month ago. Stevie came in and was a cool dude. We said hello and he was very nice, he even stopped to say bye to us in passing.

    Didn't he get into it with another ex-NBA player at a club last year. I want to say Stephen Jackson. If I wasn't at work I'd look it up. Doesn't look too well, I wonder how he's doing financially.

    Dude, this is from his drug life style. Not body fat. Actually a bit of fat will help fill out those wrinkles in his face.

    I saw him at a Costco a couple of months ago and he looked pretty healthy, just really skinny but damn. He looks sick. So sad.
