It's fine to be angered with him but to call him a B*tch and this and that is pretty weak. You did it again with your last post. Let's see who the B*tch is when you are face to face. Bet you wouldn't call him that then!

I know it would hurt to lose your franchise but Steve is far from the reason they left. They were poorly supported and poorly run as an organization. I don't blame Stevie one bit for not wanting to be drafted by them. They already had Mike Bibby who plays the same position and it would not have worked out anyways.

if you keep on picking at a wound...it will always bring out pain.

my reaction to steve francis cannot be generalized to my everyday behavior. just understand that i hate the guy, i would call him a b**** to his face whether i got the crap beat out of me or not...he is a disgrace to basketball and i'm glad that he is hating his time in new york.

He might not like playing for the Knicks, but you can't beat the nightlife in NYC.

You kept mentioning that Francis **** over your city, but he said before he was even drafted that he does not want to play in Vancouver. Didn't Ely Manning just said the samething 2 years ago? A trade happened and there wasn't much bad blood from that point on, that's what smart teams do. If you should be mad at any one, you should really be mad at the dumb management at the time.

Three and a half pages, and I still haven't seen a photoshop (or real) photo of Steve crying. What's with that? I love watching Steve play, and I'll always follow him, but c'mon, people...this is exactly the kinda thing begging for a pic. Unfortunately, I have no skills for that. Anyone have anything?

    two thoughts:

    1) IT had nothing to do with the organization in Vancouver...how well/badly it was run.
He wanted to play point and they had Bibby...that much is true...but his main reasoning behind not wanting to go to Canada was more about not wanting to be so far away from his family. At least it was if you believe what was said on the Behind the Glory ep featuring him.

    2) Fegwu is totally on I think. Francis has been a late developer maturity-wise, which would explain some of his actions over the years. I think it is finally coming to him that he has wasted two golden opportunities to be a winner. It will be interesting to see how he handles his business over the next year. Will he dedicate himself to doing what it takes to be a winner? Or will he whine and cry his way to another team in the hopes of finding a winning situation and the success/glory that comes with it.

I honestly hope he finds what he is searching for. He's a good kid and you almost cant help rooting for him to get it together.
