The Knicks should draft Adam Morrison, then he and Steve can cry together at the end of losses. Book it.

Steve need many more games like this one to truely understand how the game was about. We all heard him saying similar thing from now and then. And 2 or 3 games later, everybody blame him for his 'taking over' the game with his dribblings.

Hopefully, he will mature through tons of lost games. What I'm afraid is that there are not have much time left for him to mature. He's getting old fast.

I 'm still a fan of Steve and cant help but wish he would get traded to the T-wolves! That way K-garnet can have some help but not so mcuh to actually really threaten the rockets seriously. Garnett and Francis would also be fun to watch and might actually combine to make a good team.

Too bad the Knicks gave away their 2006 first round draft pick to the Bulls for Eddy Curry ;)

Such as fate, they have a team with by far the highest payroll, worse record and NO number 1 pick for the fans to look forward to even if they come dead last.

I posted a "poor steve" thread awhile back for being stuck with the Knicks b/c I am still a huge fan of his and hate seeing him in that horrible organization. I know Steve has his shortcomings on and off the court but I still follow him and hope he can bounce back. They will definetly trade him or Stephon in the offseason or both so Steve has some light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe I. Thomas can be the genius he has been and do a sign and trade with Toronto and give Mike James the MAX ;)

I actually kind of feel for Stevie in this situation. I would always check up the Knicks box score to see how he is doing, same thing when he was at Orlando.

With a team full of shoot first black hole players, there are just not enough shots to go around. It almost appears as though that once you've taken your 10 shots or played 30 minutes, you go straight to the bench. They need to simply bench a few players who doesn't care enough about wins, and play the few so they can peform closer to what they are capable of.

I like steve but watching the game last night in the first half, he could have done a lot more, on the offensive end no less to help that team win. he is now starting, and he really looks lost. maybe its brown's fault, but its hard to say that when his play looks like a contiuation from Orlando. he hasn't been as bad as people make it out, he still had 15 points last night on 9 shots and 18 points the previous game on just a few shots but he looks like he could be doing so much more.

Larry Brown's failure to do anything with a team that has talented players is incredible. I mean, I know that Marbury is a franchise cancer and the pieces in general don't fit, but to me a coach should be able to maximize his players' value, and he doesn't do that.

And is there any player in the NBA whose stock has fallen faster than Francis's? From franchise player, multiple All-Star point guard to 12 points and 3 assists with the worst team in the league?

Francis should have behaved in Orlando. He doesn't know how good it was for him

You will know when the old Francis returns, if he ever does, once he starts rebounding again, you know he's into the game, regardless of a few bad decisions, when he's rebounding.

Honestly PGabriel, I don't think it would've mattered, they're going to trade him either way having a young guy on the cheap like Jameer running the point and a few shooters around a future dominant big man...I think Orlando just didn't have a place for Stevie, and it's even more likely that he would've been traded earlier if he was playing better, because more teams were likely to gamble by taking on his contract.

I just think that Stevie's career will go the way of Marbury's: he will play a few seasons in one place, and then his 'act' will get old and he will be traded away to his next stop.
