Man I hope you're right but I've been dissappointed too many times. I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed and if they announce that the Franchise is back...only then will I celebrate!
Anyone like Alston and Sura for Mobley? She also says there was some whispers about bringing Mobley back to Houston... She doesn't know Andy Miller but will try and dig up the dirt for me. If that were to happen, it would be like we traded Cato for TMac and never traded Mike James for Alston.
Cat? That just doesn't make a whole lot of sense. What do we have to offer? Battier? I sure hope not. I love Mobley, but not at his salary.
Alston and Sura match, I would crack up if that happened. Alston + Sura + Head would still work and that might make the clippers intrested

I don't know about all this Cat stuff. I'm still not convinced Francis is back until I see something official, but bringing back Cat? Is that really smart? Who would be our PG? James is an OK PG, Alston is more of a pure PG, but Francis is more of a SG than either IMO. As much as I love Cat, I wouldn't bring him and Francis back. It seems like we're just trying to do too much without worrying about chemistry. If Morey does pull this off, I think he will have done an insane job talent wise, but maybe not so well team wise. James/Francis/Brooks T-Mac/Mobley/Snyder? Bonzi/Battier/Novak? Scola/Landry/Butler Yao/Deke/Butler Pretty cool that except for the PF spot we would be able to easily switch between the scoring tandem of Yao and T-Mac and Francis-Mobley-Yao, basically our two offensive sets for the past 5 years.
wow this is crazy Rockets are seriously STACKED full...i am all for brining back stevie as long as he is happy with less scoring and more passing...i just hope this fits any chemistry the team has...i mean we've made alot of changed i hope it all works out
Umm in order to get Mobley I think we might have to give up a bunch to get him. He's invaluable for the Clips. Think about it...the Clips are like the most guard depleted team in the league. We could give them 2-3 guards for Mobley. That would immediately help their needs. I think Livingstone's career is over. If anyone ever saw that video of Livingstone going down with his knee popping out at a right angle you'd say..omg...no way that dude is ever gonna play again. It actually makes some trade sense to make a deal with the Clippers. Maybe we could send a big their way too and get two players out of the Clips.
