    1 Steve Francis, HOU 4.1
    2 Kobe Bryant, LAL 3.7
    3 Jason Kidd, NJN 3.7
    4 G. Robinson, ATL 3.7
    5 Paul Pierce, BOS 3.7
    6 Allen Iverson, PHI 3.4
    7 Jalen Rose, CHI 3.4
    8 Ricky Davis, CLE 3.4
    9 S. Marbury, PHO 3.3
    10 A. Walker, BOS 3.3

And we are one of the worst teams in assists - not a good combination. Yes, he is a great player, but until the Rockets learn to get shots every posession, they won't become contenders. It seems everygame, we go at least one quarter where we have just as many turnovers than shots. It seems the other team gets more shots than us everygame. We need to learn to take care of the ball.

It's not a good thing when your guards - the players who handle the ball the MOST - are the absolute dumbest players on the team, and possibly the league. IWhen your starting point guard looks to shoot first and pass second, how can your team function? How is everyone else going to be involved?

n all honesty, we're lucky to be where we are right now.

This didn't tell the whole story. You better read the assists to TOs ratio. You will understand the company Steve Francis is really in among the league's PGs.

Your point is taken. So is Spence's. I just tried to be funny after tonight's humilliatiion:( It seems to me Steve's turnover problem is just one sympton of the Rox root problem. Out of control. When Steve plays in a system, his turnover problem will be no worse than Kobe. That's my biggest hope. A sound basketball system in Houston.

F STeve Francis. If he would have scored 35 tonight, we may have had a chance.

But, Steve isn't really a PG; he's playing PG because of Cuttino.

Actually Steve would want to be traded if he wasn't the PG. He wants total control of the team. Steve doesn't know that the team should come 1st. He knows that as long as he controls the ball he will get his stats.

That sounds so unfortunate to Rockets.

To be more accurate, Steve Francis has been leading this category since HIS first or second week in the NBA.

BTW, any chance Francis KNOWS he leads the league in this category? Does anybody tell him?

Whoever goes to the next game, put it down on some cardboard and show him.
