The Prosecutor said he's launching a grand jury to investigate further charges. Said 12 or 13 people didn't cooperate with the investigation

Far less likely to be raped, but I can say you may want to worry about it. Guys have for whatever reason put their penises on other guys' faces at times, and will stick things in their butts.

    Of course she did.

For example, she left the house that day. Had she not, the likelihood of her being raped goes down.

She also went to party. Had she avoided a party, the likelihood goes down.

She also had a drink. Without that, the likelihood goes down.

Same with 2 drinks. Or 5 drinks.

Now, why is one being judged but the others aren't? None of these cases lead to a reasonable probability of being raped.

This case is a huge can of worms that has yet to be opened. There are people left and right recusing themselves from the investigation because of ties with the football team. Hell, there is a judge that recused himself because his granddaughter actually dated one of the rapers.

One of the parties this girl was raped at was actually thrown by one of the 19 assistant coaches on the football team. The head coach has threatened a reporters family.

    It's bad. It's real bad.

    You are freakin CLUELESS!!!!!!!!!!

She passed out so that gives some scum of the earth the right to rape her?
What if they beat her to death while she was passed out (no rape)...would you still be defending these people?

Where do you draw the line in your whacked out moral compass?

A crime is a crime. Yes this girl drank too much and passed out. Her committing a crime would have been if she got behind the wheel and killed/harmed someone while driving drunk. She didn't do this.

Ok idiot, her actions put her in a tough situation, does that now give someone to commit a crime against her?

You obviously think she's guilty and you have FREAKIN no clue the difference between what she did and what these rapists did. That in of itself tells me you just DON'T GET IT and probably never will.

So if you drink too much and pass out at a party, by your LOSER logic, it would be ok for a few guys to take you in a room and have their way with you. While others film it and tweet the pics out for others to see. Remember you put yourself in this situation by drinking too much.

Again ANYONE that is defending these rapists in my opinion is a LOSER.

You don't know what I am talking about. I'm not going to argue against you because you are attacking points that I never made or implied.

    Wow. Just wow.

Pretty sad and creepy for adults to be so into high school football.

I'm disturbed the football team has 19 assistant coaches. I'm guessing a lot of former players make up those assistants.

you're right its nothing wrong with a sixteen year old to be passed out drunk, i mean its not illegal its not dangerous, nothing wrong with, lets totally ignore it.

i mean people are like man why can't a sixteen year get passed out drunk. this is why, these are KIDS, victims and perpetrators that's why they are going to juvinille, that's why kids can't drink, one will get passed out one will think its okay to rape someone and post it on facebook.

THEY ARE ALL KIDS AND IT ALL STARTED WITH UNDERAGE DRINKING

So it is the victim's fault?

I don't understand what people are trying to suggest. You guys keep saying you're not blaming her but then insist she bears some responsibility. What exactly does that mean? They seem like contradictory statements.

if you read the post i'm talking about the boys and the girl. and no where did i blame the victim other than to say people saying the girl should be able to freely put herself at risk doing something illegal is mad stupid.

what if she fell off a balcony, should she have been able to get drunk was that her right?
