She messed up by getting too drunk (if her drink wasn't spiked), but that's ill relevant to the rape case against the football players. That's not her fault.
Everyone loses here... a girl that may be scarred for life, two teens haunted by their deed forever, and an entire town that will be known for this incident.

Exactly, this whole debate is pointless. She didn't drink enough to "black out" within 30 minutes of drinking. There have been numerous eye-witness accounts that have stated that she was drugged (just as was the norm for the aforementioned "rape crew"). There are so many disturbing parts to this story, that actually are as troubling as the rape itself, from the cover-up, to actually being gang-raped at a coaches house, to peeing on a girl in someones front yard, to them doing this to multiple girls thereby "earning the self-titled nickname "the rape crew". See this is logical. There's never an excuse for rape, but if she wouldn't have gotten drunk to the point of losing her memory could the rape have been avoided? Probably. Either way its a sad situation.

What sickens me about this entire thing is to see how low this country's morals have declined over the yrs. That anyone could say she's guilty and brought this on herself is just flat out pathetic. For all of you that have a son (and think this girl is guilty) you'd be ok with your son raping a girl who was passed out? If he came to you and asked you if you thought this type of behavior was ok you would look him in the eyes and say "go for it son.....she shouldn't have got so drunk"? Instead you had people filming it and others standing by watching and laughing. Plus they knew that these kids were known for doing this before?
