The more David Stern beomes protective of the failures of his trusted ones, the less reputable the NBA is as a product. The fans have eyes themselves who can see the obvious ref job during the games. One can deny anything, but it won't change the fact a bit perceived in the fans' eyes. I am really sick of how Stu Jackson screwed up the whole Vancouver franchise then become Stern's right hand man. Then all these corrupted ref. issues. The NBA really need a shake up real bad, and not limited to the players' union, but also the managements including the commissioner himself. I used to follow every game I can get, now I only follow the team I really like after seeing all these ref job and star treatments. If the sports is not fair, it just lose its appeal of sportsmanship. What's the difference from watching WWE then if watching NBA games becomes like watching a scripted show?
