Imagine Blake Griffen on the receiving end of that knee. I'd bet that he would have fallen back into the stands.

People take out loans to start a company all the time, even if they have plenty of personal cash and assets to cover the cost. Depending on the condition of the loan and the state of their other investments, it's often a smarter move than putting up all the cash yourself.

Except he made a lot more money than you and a Chinese basketball trophy is better than anything you've ever won.

I like how people talks down on a league they will ever even dream about entering.

Sure, inferior quality to NBA, any league in the world would be. A player shows a bit of passion and the attention gets to trashing down a league?

    You sir are pathetic.

Like this guy talking about a substandard league that nobody cares about? He can only hope to play in that league. He shouldn't be calling China out. I agree with his post though. He is just voicing his opinion, which I happen to share.

that doesn't mean he's bankrupt. its quite likely he's in a similar situation as Iverson. Most of their assets are probably in some form of annuity or life insurance, and both offers varying degrees of protection against a creditor's claim on those assets.

I guess this is good for him as a personal goal, but I've never really cared for starbury. Ever since his early years he's been a head case and crybaby. He basically drove himself out of the league.

And did I say that this league is not inferior, I was referring to the fact that a player gets passionate about a win and you feel the need to trash this by trashing the league he plays in.

Bbecause I posted that in the same thread of this and it's totally in the same context. Still pathetic. Nice try though.

I wouldn't underestimate a land with a billion people and more than 200 million sports interested fans
I wouldn't call them nobody?!!! Face it.... Marbury is liked in the most populous country. That is huge no matter how bad the league is.

You were referring to the fact that you hate people talking down a league that they will never play in, but it's ok for you to do it.

Don't be so quick to cast the first stone, when you are guilty too. When you are pointing fingers at others, there are 3 pointing back to you.

No doubt you called it inferior, but the league was not the target of your critique. You say you "like how people down a league" is clearly directed at me. Don't play dumb. It's funny how can't discuss basketball players without making it about the poster.

He said this was the best moment in his basketball career.

I thought for sure he went places in the NBA playoffs before.
