Point made, but in an 82 game season a coach who inspires and motivates is needed. Watch the Bucks game when Lucas coached them….they busted their tails for the guy. Because he motivated them unlike Silas. Not Silas’ fault that he’s a quiet guy who is nice. Would be a good assistant somewhere. True though that certain guys like Tari Eason give it on a nightly basis. Maybe the coach should play the hustlers more and not just watch as they don’t give a hoot about defense.

Haha. In college, maybe. Pros? You're just fantasizing now.

A superstar veteran teammate might have some influence on extra-curricular habits. Coaches? Nah.

To be fair, Jeff looked miserable 90% of time like he wanted to go into a corner and mull over his entire existence.

This is not making it any better at all!

Calling players out in the media is weak cowardly move by a coach.
You don’t get through your players by blasting them in the media. You get through them through the bench. the pine. "Sitch yr asz next to me and think abt the meaning of life. I’ll play the guys who care."

If Stone is not lying about who has control of the rotation (he may be lying, who knows)… If he’s not lying and if Stephen has control, then he is the worst coach in the Universe. Allowing them to play with the intensity of a yoga-class and not benching them, and then reenacting some outrage in front of the cameras. What kind of BS is that?

    That's the illogical part.

Silas was grasping at the last straw, throwing everyone but himself under the bus....

But why is nobody firing him and redeeming him?
