wait he is reading this? didnt just come from his head on the spot? looks hella weird. cant try acting tough now Silas
Not warranted. Should be fired for throwing the team under the bus. Team isn’t doing what they’re supposed to? That’s on YOU. You’re the conductor of this orchestra. You call the shots. if you’re incapable of inspiring a team and sparking motivation, just say so! LOSER
Not only is he the worst coach ever, he also appears to be the worst actor ever. Zero credibility. Too little, too late.
The guy's body language and facial expressions are those of a pouting, petulant child. I can't see how any of his players respect him as a leader. Maybe some like him as a nice guy, but this guy is not a leader. Absolutely not. And it's embarrassing that anyone and everyone can see that the only reason he still has a job is that the owner wants us to keep losing this season. Everyone knows he is a lame duck.
Can’t take this dude serious. Too little too late. And I also don’t feel bad one bit. Should’ve had this energy on the court from DAY ONE, instead of throwing a tantrum about it in the postgame presser. He let these kids walk all over him.
Everyone has an agenda right now which sucks. Silas knows he's a lame duck so he's putting on this act so he can try and sell the notion that it wasn't his fault. He knows he'll never get a head coaching job again and will have to work his way back up again so he's trying hard here. I'm sick of the agendas, and just wish everyone from top to bottom would just make the right play. Worry about this next at bat, and getting on base. Stop worrying about where you are going to go meet your mistress at later that night. Everyone just needs to stop it with the CYA agendas.
He didn't bench players for not showing efforts on defense or make any adjustments whatsoever, and now he blamed the players?
That isn’t necessarily true. Coaches aren’t the end all be all. There’s a big fallacy in what coaches do. Players at the end of the day execute and hold one another accountable. They are the ones on the frontline not coaches. If you look at how this team is constructed it is built to lose. No vet presence and no true pg with a weak center who can’t guard anyone and poor shooting. I don’t think Silas is great but it’s not fair to put the onus on the coach. Anyone that has played organized ball understands that players execute on the floor at the end of the day.
I played high level AAU basketball my entire life until I was 18. I know what coaching looks like and this **** ain’t it.
