    Singularity is an interesting concept. Sounds almost exciting. There were probably some Paleolithic era humans who thought "life is pretty good!", and if they were to look into future people today would probably look equally androidal to them. A Futurama world with far less humor might not be so bad.


    Though with technological optimists and theorists, of course there's always varying opinion of what the future holds
    There already used to be different forms of hominids (human species) on the earth at the same time millions of years ago, according to scientists. So both technological singularity and a Morlock-like subspecies dont seem too outside the realm of distant possibility. Absolute truth is the scientific aim, but for now the absolute lies we already have of religion and drugs arent a bad holdover in its place

    The two species will be the 'haves' and the have nots '

    The top 1/2 of 1% will afford the cutting edge changes in medicine and bio-engineering. They will live on to migrate; while the bacteria will eventually over run the host. The new evolution is the same as the old evolution.
