The Rockets had patience with most coaches, Tilman wanting a cheap coach, the results remain about the same.

I wouldn't overrate his presence with Boston.

Boston had 4 legit Allstars.

A championship was in the books, Kobe still made it very competitive till the end.

 

I think we are the better team than the 76ers even with our faults. I'm curious to see how he does in year one. They definitely need to find a team willing to take Horford.

 

Probably a significant 1 year bump in production just because they will try to prove themselves to a new coach, they'll be happy a coach they didn't like is gone, and they'll have lots of respect for him because everyone does. Also for whatever reason he did get more out of Tobias than anyone else ever did. however after that 1 year bump they'll plateau into a series of 2nd round eliminations like all of his teams... unless they pair him with 4 future HOFers in their primes.
