Not really; she's showing more common sense than even Wojo by saying we would be too scary. She said it makes sense for Morey and Houston too. Common sense ftw

    Has anyone thought of this?

If Lebron is fixed on going to the Lakers then why are we hearing all these buzz?

It should be very quiet and Lebron would just opted out then leave.

Yet, we are hearing LeBron meeting up with Cavs mgmt. Hearing all the talks about Kawhi, who is a low key person, about leaving? The timing is just impeccable.

This all points to lebron free agency decision.
He is playing the game of the FA.

it is quiet. Bc lebron himself has literally said nothing.

the only thing you're hearing is stuff from the media

As usual. The media keeping up the hype during the quiet period. At least it keeps us busy.

I'm sorry but he can't beat Golden State by himself with role players. He can literally take every single good role player in the league, put them on his team, and he would still get gentleman swept by the Warriors.

So he either 1. doesn't believe he can beat the Warriors, 2. care about beating the Warriors, or 3. he's an idiot. From what we've seen throughout his career, I don't think it's #3. And since it's not #3, then it's also not #1 since it would be obvious to anyone that he can win here in Houston. So that leaves us with #2.

I have zero doubt Lebron wants to be in LA. It's possible he cares more about enjoying where he is than winning rings. And that's perfectly fine. Having lived in both LA and Houston, neither is perfect. But LA has the perfect weather, the beach, and the glam. It'll be pretty hard for Houston to compete.

Let's face it. CP3 is in a different place than Lebron. He hasn't won a ring. He's desperate to win. Lebron has won 3 and has nothing to prove. I'm not trying to be a pessimist, but I just don't see Lebron to Houston happening.

Fortunately, there are plenty of other options besides Lebron that can put Houston over the top

According to clutchfans he’s not.. because it didn’t support what we wanted to happen.

No different than them saying Lebron calling KD was BS because Lebrons camp denied it, meanwhile nick wright the biggest Lebron defender said he heard the same thing

People hate on him, but he's normally right. He's nailed the Lebron story each year.

I never lived or visited LA, but maybe in the future. You said you have lived in LA and Houston, which city is better for you overall? Where do you live now? What should we improve Houston to attract free agents? I know we are not Hollywood or has a perfect weather. What are the disadvantages that LA has from your experiences?

I've been in LA 3 times, and besides the really bad traffic I would say its a great city to live in. California in general probably the best state to live in. Its just great weather, it has 4 seasons, no humidity. I havent been to Houston, but if its anything like here where Im at in Florida (humid as ***) my choice would always be Cali.

Visiting somewhere nice and living there are 2 different things.

I lived at beach in san diego 6 years. its not all that but nice too of course. Anything can get stale. Chris paul knows this and why hes not going back to LA...los angeles and so cal is kind of place where once its been played out then its played out quick. Hard to explain..

So in general which is better deal better place is overplayed. Hes going to hollywood you cant blame him. It has its shine and then it will wear off. Everyone has to get the california out of them. So goes lebron.

Also southern california has 1 season.. 72 degrees.

I was fine with CP3 not being able to convince Lebron to come to Houston but least convince him to stay in the East. Coming here just adds more talent and competition in the already insanely tough West.

CP3 probably won't make another all-star team ever again.

Is @DonKnock a Stephen A fan? If so, there are a lot of people in here that ended up being proven wrong by SAS
