    That post made me lol.

They did mention that Chris Broussard reported that negotiation b/w Houston and Toronto have heated up some more.

If Morey can get LeBron and Bosh without giving up Yao . . .
He would be able to pick a day on the Calendar and we will all celebrate MOREYDAY every year from now on

Wow, everyone stop teasing me. I'd rather have there be no rumors of Bosh to Houston and not be dissapointed, then have rumors and be totally dissapointed.

Was anybody watching sports center just now? As they were covering the actual signings (Blake, Warrick) the female host asked "So how are the Rockets doing?", to which her co-host muttered "Well, Linda, we'll discuss that later (the last couple of words were mumbled).

    Quite odd indeed. . .

Edit: just listened again. We'll discuss it off the show.

    The female host was laughing.

I found it odd because they weren't talking about bosh at that part of the show.

It's probably because it was reported by Screamin' A, who is not apart of ESPN anymore, and they are waiting for one of their own reporters to confirm it so they can mention it legally.

I'm hopeful....but I smell a negotiating tactic by Camp Bosh to gain leverage with the other teams/Wade-James.

rockets fans needs to understand that they will have to offer up max money to get bosh, morey said they are all in this year and they have ok from the owner to go all out to acquire bosh. when bosh was/is in toronto he had to pay taxes in Canada and the US unlike the other big free agent that's why he wants the max 6 year deal to make up for past years he was in paying taxes to Canada and US...

I think it has something to do with the Rockets being in the center of the Free Agency frenzy, and they dont have salary cap room. Be guess since she just got her idea shot down by the salary cap.

Not to rain on anybody's parade, but Robert Flores is from Houston so they are "his" Rockets.

    ????

    How does this make sense?

I'm pretty sure that as an athlete, you pay taxes based off of where you play your games. If I'm right, Bosh would have payed tax on 41 paychecks to Canada, and tax on 41 paychecks to the US. At least, that's if he's smart, and has a good investor....Maybe I'm totally off base, though....

Anyways, I think we all know that Bosh would be coming here for max money....
