Udoka likes Barnes, so Stone is looking into it. I am skeptical a deal gets done, would have to likely be a three way.

Barnes plays smart and hard - he hits 3’s, knows how to defend and can guard inside and outside. He would help the Rockets win more games and can play multiple positions well.

I would take Barnes over Capela, who is not as good as he used to be.

 

I'm not going to react to this yet, but I'm waiting for evidence to determine whether Stone and Fertys have actually turned a page or whether they are who they were the last 5 years.

However Nook says this is a Udoka thing... so I'm really not sure what to think.

When I think of 7th Overall Picks then I think of Curry and Harrison Barnes, they could not be more different and still......

 

I mean you said DB wasn't a fit before the season, right? Regardless of him being a allstar Brooks has been one of our biggest contributors. Now you're saying Barnes isn't a good fit. Can you first admit how wrong you were about Brooks?

 

That is why you just stick to the one DB and not another skinnier DB who is not the same defender......

It has nothing to do with fit, you just do not overlap your roster with similar skillsets and a worse scorer than Dillon Brooks.

I was not wrong about Brooks, champ, he still get ejected.....

I only said he brings some good and some bad.....that was all....people sensationalized my disliking for certain enforcers and hotheads......that is some personal dislike, that is actually none of anyone's business.

 

He brings WAY more good than bad. He's one of our best & most important players. You are wrong, Brooks has been a steal.
